Can anyone tell me how to change servers in the online game Evony-Free forever? I want to change my server from 32 to 30 but have no idea on how to do it…. Please help.
Whenever you go to another server you have to go to evony main page and then it will have a list of servers under the log in. But when you go to another server, you’ll start from scratch on that server.

As Eric said, you can start on another server anytime.
However, from your question, I think you want to take your cities with you – unfortunately this is not possible and you will have to begin again.
