best way is to take … best way is to take over a lvl 10 npc it only has 1 barracks but after knocking down cottages you can build more baracks you can also (rarely ) win mich scripts from npc attacks to level up other barracks
They changed th … They changed th wheel. Now the wheel gives out better stuff. In 2 spins i got 8 speech text and a michelangelos script. It still gives som bad stuff out but it pays off now to jsut spin it with all the spins.
